Brian was very knowledgable . He took his time explaining rat behavior and techniques to remove them. We had an influx after some work across the street was done. I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday! Other companies insisted on a long term plan paying every month for a year, of course saying that was easier for the customer, but if you do the math it was far more expensive. Brian was polite and efficient and they are going to call me in 3 weeks to check on things and apply another treatment for a reasonable fee!
