Worked with Joel Rivera on taking care of a critter problem in our basement and attic today. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, took care of everything quickly and thoroughly and had answers to all of our questions. We were also able to get help the same day we called and have absolute confidence our issues will be taken care of fast!

This company is such a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. From the moment I first contacted them, to the technician that services my home, they always go above and beyond. I highly recommend Professional Exterminating, you will not be disappointed.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.
