Joel arrived on time and was very knowledgeable , professional and personable. Within a short time he had taken care of the wasps, yellow jackets and Cicada killers. Absolutely beyond what I'd have hoped for. Brian was friendly and helpful, went through the whole house and diagnosed where I should place traps and even gave me a few of his. Without me saying anything, he found some carpenter ants in my front yard and eliminated them. By an odd coincidence (I live in the woods) I found a dead fox in my backyard the day he came over and he also took care of that no problem. Highly recommend!!
