Joel was great! This was the second time we used him. We had signed up for service quarterly. He arrived early and asked right away about the ant problem we had previously and making sure we were satisfied with the results. We told him we were very satisfied but we were starting to see dead ants on the floor. He suggested to repeat the application inside the room where we saw dead ants and then spray outside the house. Both times he explained what he was going to do and informed us of what he found after he was done. We are getting quite an education on pests.
