Joel was great! This was the second time we used him. We had signed up for service quarterly. He arrived early and asked right away about the ant problem we had previously and making sure we were satisfied with the results. We told him we were very satisfied but we were starting to see dead ants on the floor. He suggested to repeat the application inside the room where we saw dead ants and then spray outside the house. Both times he explained what he was going to do and informed us of what he found after he was done. We are getting quite an education on pests.

Worked with Joel Rivera on taking care of a critter problem in our basement and attic today. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, took care of everything quickly and thoroughly and had answers to all of our questions. We were also able to get help the same day we called and have absolute confidence our issues will be taken care of fast!

Great first experience with the company! Their tech came and put out a ton of traps and baits - he was so nice to my kids, professional but also personable and clearly knew his stuff. So the plan is for them to come back in two weeks and do some closing up of holes around the house to keep everything out, so I’ll update my review then as well but so far it was great!

We had carpenter bees drilling holes in the house. They came out, did a great job, and drastically reduced the amount of long term damage we would have had.

We use them every year to so no more damage will be done to the house. They are proficient and professional.

Dan, the owner, was fabulous when he came out to do the initial evaluation after we thought we had termites. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt very secure hiring him to do this job.

They did extra things to help us; even treating an old termite filled stump in the yard that they discovered, and removing a lot of vines. They were friendly and super nice and did a great and thorough job. I highly recommend this company. Very professional!
