I called ProfExt due to ants in my kitchen. Someone got back to me within an hour to discuss the situation, explain the treatment options and setup an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within the one hour time window. He inspected the house and property and explained what treatment was needed. He was friendly and professional.

Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.
