I had lethargic hornets coming into my bedroom one at a time over the last 2 weeks. My technician Bryan quickly found the hive and took care of it. He was very informative about annual services I could get done so that I didn’t have to deal with this next year. Definitely would recommend.

I have been using ProfExt for years and its always been a great experience. For the last year, I have a had a regular guy, Brian, who always takes it a step beyond. I use the company for normal prevention of pests, and Mosquito/Tick treatments (all extremely successful), but since Brians been on the scene things are a different level. He spots everything.

I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.

Bryan is great, he is very thorough and always asks questions so he can make sure his service is as effective as possible. And it is! Since I’ve been using ProfExt, we can finally enjoy our yard without getting swarmed by mosquitos and other pests. The exterior services have also significantly reduced pests on the interior of our home as well.

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.
