Our technician that came for services called to say he might be late. He ended up showing at our scheduled time anyways. He told me about what he would do to help with eliminating our problem. I asked if the problem wasn’t resolved should I call back. He said their work was guaranteed and if they weren’t gone by next week to call again and he come back. Friendly technician and quick work. Initially I was told I would have to wait 6-7 days the person I spoke to put me on hold for a minute and then told me she could get me in within 2 days. That made me book the appointment.

Joel, The Exterminator was thorough and he answered all the questions that I asked, and then some.friendly, awesome attitude this company had a 100 more of Joel they were put on extermination companies in Connecticut out of business
