Bryan Dodge came to our house on Thursday October 10th to do a rebait of our 4 rat bait boxes. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism was nothing short of OUTSTANDING as ALL of them had been EMPTIED AGAIN! I can HONESTLY SAY that 5 stars is not enough to describe my satisfaction.

Bryan was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient as I needed a few days to figure out if I needed the service as I wasn’t sure if squirrels invaded my attic or not. Price was very fair. I would definitely use them again!

Bryan has been to our house several times to help us with raccoons and other unwanted animals in/near our house. He is very responsive to phone calls/messages and comes as soon as he is available. Bryan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend!

We heard noises coming from our attic and ProfExt sent someone out to our house that same day. Ken was our service tech and he was amazing. He was kind, thorough and knew his rodents, yikes! He diagnosed the problem and remedied it quickly. He even offered to change our lightbulbs to help keep future mice away! I would call ProfExt with any of my exterminating needs.

Absolute professional! Very mindful of the fact that we have a cat, made sure to offer common sense solutions as well as setting bait, etc. We’ve worked with them in the past and been very happy.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.
