Bryan is great, he is very thorough and always asks questions so he can make sure his service is as effective as possible. And it is! Since I’ve been using ProfExt, we can finally enjoy our yard without getting swarmed by mosquitos and other pests. The exterior services have also significantly reduced pests on the interior of our home as well.

After finding mouse droppings in my daughters room, I looked for recommendations for an exterminator. Many in the town I live in recommended ProfExt. Joel was great! This was the second time we used him. We had signed up for service quarterly. He arrived early and asked right away about the ant problem we had previously and making sure we were satisfied with the results. We told him we were very satisfied but we were starting to see dead ants on the floor. He suggested to repeat the application inside the room where we saw dead ants and then spray outside the house. Both times he explained what he was going to do and informed us of what he found after he was done. We are getting quite an education on pests.

Today in the heat and humidity Bryan did a thorough inspection of the church! He is always a professional.
