Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.

I had a fairly active bees nest I wanted removed (sorry bees!) My long time exterminator retired, so I looked around for a well reviewed company and found ProfExt. I called the office, they explained the pricing and gave me an appointment for the next day. Brain was our service person today. He was very professional, polite and on time. He was very knowledgeable about the service he was performing today. He walked me through the whole thing, and was very aware of my concern with my horses and assured me they would be fine. He did a very thorough job and when he was done he explain what I needed to do and how long for the horses to stay out before they could go back in. They will be coming back to do the house and I’m very pleased with the work so far. See you in July
