Profext was very helpful and professional. The girls on the phone are friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me the run down on how the service was going to go. When asked a tough question she got off the phone with me and called back right away, after discussing the issue with a tech. She was able to squeeze us onto Joel’s schedule the same day. When Joel came out he was quick with his work, extremely kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a bother.

Dan, the owner, was fabulous when he came out to do the initial evaluation after we thought we had termites. He explained everything thoroughly and I felt very secure hiring him to do this job.

Kenny and Joel did the work today and they were beyond fabulous. They did extra things to help us; even treating an old termite filled stump in the yard that they discovered, and removing a lot of vines. LOVE having Bryan come help us out!! We live out in the woods and consequently have a mouse issue. He comes here quickly and is very efficient. He takes care of all the yucky dead ones! He has also helped with the carpenter ants we have. Professional Exterminating is always understanding of my animals safety as well. Cannot say enough good things about this company!!! :)

I had ants in my house due to someone leaving food out in my rental. They were treated and havent seen them since. I do periodical updates to make sure they dont return.
