This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.

They were prompt and very professional. Checked the whole house and put traps in every space where there was potential for mice to get in. Coming back in two weeks to check the traps.

Just a super business to deal with! Pleasant and polite staff that does excellent work. We have not seen an ant in our house for since we signed up for service two years ago. Brian was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with to eliminate our ant infestation. My second review and it's the same...everything and everyone is great!

I had a preventative service done in September and a few weeks later it didn’t seem to work. so when I called they sent someone out right away, free of charge! Very responsive!

Great service from these guys for several years. Effective against pests in the home, easy to schedule, and staffed with nice, knowledgeable people. This time we had Brian come spray inside for insects. He was attentive and professional, and gave good advice about how to discourage bugs and rodents from getting inside.
