This preventative and maintenance program comprises three essential visits per year—spring, summer, and fall—to maintain consistent defense against pests.

On the initial service, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection and treatment of both the interior and exterior of your home.
Subsequent services will primarily target the exterior; however, if any issues arise inside, we will promptly address them.

There's a one-time initial fee for the comprehensive initial service, with ongoing pricing that includes any necessary additional visits between the scheduled services, ensuring continuous, year-round protection.
