Dan was very responsive to our requests and we were serviced by Brian. Brian was great ... on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable ... everything I would expect from a great service company! I will definitely use Professional Exterminating again!

I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.

We had an issue with a black squirrel coming into the corner of a gutter that lead up to the attic on an addition. I was able to text them that morning and have someone here in a few hours. We used our favorite tech Brian who is always amazing and was able to go in our attic on one of the hottest days of the year yet, find the issue and then go outside and close it up and recommend somebody to do the bigger Job that was needed to be done to fix the issue permanently. We love Bryan and professional exterminating and won’t go anywhere else!
