It was a pleasure to work with Profesional Exterminating- from the office staff (Katie and Chrissy) to Ken, our technician. My call was answered promptly and the staff was so friendly. I had an appointment within a few days. Ken answered all my questions, explained what he was doing, and found where our pesky ants were entering the house. He was very respectful of my concerns. The service men Brian and Ken were knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in both situations. Needed to have them come out two times this summer to get rid of bees and cicada killer.

LOVE having Bryan come help us out!! We live out in the woods and consequently have a mouse issue. He comes here quickly and is very efficient. He takes care of all the yucky dead ones! He has also helped with the carpenter ants we have. Professional Exterminating is always understanding of my animals safety as well. Cannot say enough good things about this company!!! :)
