I called on a typical busy Saturday morning but to my surprise they called me back within no time. Understanding my concern they immediately scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Ken who was the technician contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving (which I thought was a nice curiosity call) upon his arrival he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it while always showing respect and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Ken, he’s a great guy.

We heard noises coming from our attic and ProfExt sent someone out to our house that same day. Ken was our service tech and he was amazing. He was kind, thorough and knew his rodents, yikes!
