We have used Prof Ext for years and they are A+. Always do the job with great results. No bugs, no pests. Today I called with an emergency -mice at my mom's house. It's the beginning of a holiday weekend and they were kind enough to fit us in before the long weekend. Doug was thorough and explained every detail. I recommend them highly!

We use their ant preventive services which have saved me the annual headache of ants in my kitchen. Worth every penny just for that but I also use their tick and mosquito services and feel our yard is safe and comfortable. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable. With annual service they are always a phone call away if an issue arises.

Great first experience with the company! Their tech came and put out a ton of traps and baits - he was so nice to my kids, professional but also personable and clearly knew his stuff. So the plan is for them to come back in two weeks and do some closing up of holes around the house to keep everything out, so I’ll update my review then as well but so far it was great!

Great business. Called to ask questions, made an appt right away. Joel came out and he is the most informative person. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. From the front desk to Joel, everyone was very friendly, easy to deal with and I recommend without question.

Brian was friendly and efficient in treating our home for carpenter ants. He sprayed our crawl space and all of the wood in our yard and gardens that appeared to have been infested. He was mindful of our baby and even let us know to take extra precautions when cleaning out the rat droppings left behind in the crawl space after an insulation removal. There were still a few ants a few weeks after our initial visit, but soon someone called to check and his second visit was just as professional as the first. Brian is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I called on a typical busy Saturday morning but to my surprise they called me back within no time. Understanding my concern they immediately scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Ken who was the technician contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving (which I thought was a nice curiosity call) upon his arrival he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it while always showing respect and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Ken, he’s a great guy.
