This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Professional Exterminating. Last summer we hired them to address carpenter bees in our barn, and more recently we used them for mice control. The same employee has helped us both times and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. In addition to addressing the problems he shared advice on how to deal with them in the future.
