We shared our issue with yellow jackets in our basement, and Ken was at our house within a few hours. He quickly located the nest and proceeded to kill the yellow jackets and remove the nest which had hundreds of queens in it. He was very professional and explained all the steps he had taken to solve our problem. We were told that if we saw any more yellow jackets Ken would come back to take care of them. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

Brian came to the house and was was able to determine where the squirrels were getting into the house by throughly inspecting the outside - He recommended a plan and will execute next week. Tracy, Bryan and the whole staff at Professional Exterminating are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I was having an issue back in May. Bryan came out to do the initial treatment and two follow up treatments to prevent a reoccurrence. Since the initial treatment, I have not had any issues at all and I am completely satisfied with the recommended program.
