Kenny the technician went above and beyond for us and gave us his professional opinion which was exactly what we wanted to hear.

Joel came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest in a void under an outside eve. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and afterward we walked around the house and discovered two more nests I hadn't seen before and he offered to remove them as well. Great experience and a fair price. I will be calling ProfExt for future needs.

As the weather got colder we saw some evidence of mice so we call Professional Exterminating to proactivly address the issue before it became a problem. They came on time which I appreciate. They did a thorough inspection and explained their findings and what they did to address the issue. The service tech was professional and personable. I am happy I called them for service.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.

We had a very large hornet nest and the exterminator responded fast, removed it entirely and we are very happy!!

Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.
