Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.

I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.

Cutest little "devil" the flying squirrel that came to visit! Luckily they escaped to the outdoors on their own. Bryan arrived within 20 minutes of my call. He quickly accessed the attic, found a few others, identified different possible entry points and set up the process to catch them. To no fault of his, he had to return multiple times while others were able to close off access points. It took a carpenter closing an interior access point and two different roofers closing the exterior rear access facing a ravine on a steep hill requiring a 50+" ladder.

Bryan was the technician that came to the house. He set up the home and yard pest program for us. He was very informative. He told me where he would be putting the products, how they work and what I could expect. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. He wore a mask the entire time, which we appreciated.

Ken came out for the 2nd time in three years. Assessed and re checked all bait and traps. Provided us with great advice. Very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Can’t recommend the company high enough.
