Bryan was friendly, very professional and thorough. He explained how mice behave, how they get into a house, and why they might avoid some parts of the house. Nobody wants to think about pests in their home but ProfExt made it easy to address the issue. I absolutely recommend them.

Brian came out to inspect our issue with Carpenter Ants. He was there when he said he would be there and was extremely thorough in treating for ants, inside and outside of our residence. Pleasant to deal with and no pressure from the company for further treatments, although we will have them out in the spring to treat again. It's been several weeks since the treatments and we have been very pleased with the results!
