The service technician did an excellent job in explaining the issues we were having with mice and carpenter ants. Very thorough follow-up visit. He then went over the treatment and explained everything. I noticed he was very thorough treating the interior and exterior of our house for mice and ants. Very nice, knowledgeable, and personable individual who was a pleasure to work with.

Brian was informative, knowledgeable and friendly, very professional. Bees had formed a hive under the siding of the house, Brian treated the area and surrounding of the home and the bees are no longer an issue.

Ken is very informed on pest control and always checks the property throughly for any signs of pests, and makes recommendations only when really needed. Thanks Ken!!!

Always on time, service is quick and the treatments are effective and long lasting

I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.

I have been using ProfExt for years and its always been a great experience. For the last year, I have a had a regular guy, Brian, who always takes it a step beyond. I use the company for normal prevention of pests, and Mosquito/Tick treatments (all extremely successful), but since Brians been on the scene things are a different level. He spots everything.
