We heard noises coming from our attic and ProfExt sent someone out to our house that same day. Ken was our service tech and he was amazing. He was kind, thorough and knew his rodents, yikes! He diagnosed the problem and remedied it quickly. He even offered to change our lightbulbs to help keep future mice away! I would call ProfExt with any of my exterminating needs.

We had an issue with a black squirrel coming into the corner of a gutter that lead up to the attic on an addition. I was able to text them that morning and have someone here in a few hours. We used our favorite tech Brian who is always amazing and was able to go in our attic on one of the hottest days of the year yet, find the issue and then go outside and close it up and recommend somebody to do the bigger Job that was needed to be done to fix the issue permanently. We love Bryan and professional exterminating and won’t go anywhere else!

Brian was awesome! He sealed our exterior to prevent mice from entering the home and did a thorough sweep of the interior. He also removed a family of raccoons from under our deck. He was on top of the job, checking in with us daily and weekly. Highly recommend. We’ve used other exterminator services in the past and none compare to the quality we have received with this company.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Professional Exterminating. Last summer we hired them to address carpenter bees in our barn, and more recently we used them for mice control. The same employee has helped us both times and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. In addition to addressing the problems he shared advice on how to deal with them in the future. Bryan thoroughly inspected both my attic and crawl space and the exterior of my home. He was very professional and offered advice on how to proceed to manage the problem.

Absolutely beyond what I'd have hoped for. Brian was friendly and helpful, went through the whole house and diagnosed where I should place traps and even gave me a few of his. Without me saying anything, he found some carpenter ants in my front yard and eliminated them. By an odd coincidence (I live in the woods) I found a dead fox in my backyard the day he came over and he also took care of that no problem. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.
