Profext was very helpful and professional. The girls on the phone are friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me the run down on how the service was going to go. When asked a tough question she got off the phone with me and called back right away, after discussing the issue with a tech. She was able to squeeze us onto Joel’s schedule the same day. When Joel came out he was quick with his work, extremely kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a bother.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.
