I have worked with Bryan at ProfExt several times now. We have an older house with crawl space and an old shed where raccoon’s possums, and other wildlife like to camp out during the winter and early spring. Bryan has been terrific to work with. He’s prompt, effective and easy to work with. He’s been a big help with all questions and issues pertaining to our pest problems. We’ll be certain to call him again if our furry friends (or other pests) return.

Brian came out to inspect our issue with Carpenter Ants. He was there when he said he would be there and was extremely thorough in treating for ants, inside and outside of our residence. Pleasant to deal with and no pressure from the company for further treatments, although we will have them out in the spring to treat again. It's been several weeks since the treatments and we have been very pleased with the results!

I called due to carpenter ant infestation and they were out the next day to service my house. I had photos as well of these weird flying bugs and they were able to quickly identify them and take care of that issue as well. Very professional and easy to work with.
