So happy that I called ProfExt for pest and rodent control!! From the first call, the representative was incredibly friendly and responsive and they even reached out when an earlier appointment became available. The technician, Joel, was very thorough and detailed in his explanation of what he was doing on the property. He answered my hundreds of questions and never made me feel rushed or bothered. He was clear about next steps and any additional visits in the meantime. Highly, highly recommend!!

Brian came to the house and was was able to determine where the squirrels were getting into the house by throughly inspecting the outside - He recommended a plan and will execute next week. Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.
