Braved some steep roof inclines to deal with carpenter bees and paper wasps. Nice guy - was thorough and promised to come back if the bees rallied and returned. I will use ProfExt for now on.

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.

The service men Brian and Ken were knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in both situations. Needed to have them come out two times this summer to get rid of bees and cicada killer.

I would recommend this company for their speedy service and nice, helpful employees.
