Having been stung requiring hospital stay this needed to get done effectively, quickly. ProfExt was highly recommended by friend, they came the day after calling, on time, very well prepared, identified yellow jacket nests and eliminated them. Very professional, and personable, highly recommended.

We shared our issue with yellow jackets in our basement, and Ken was at our house within a few hours. He quickly located the nest and proceeded to kill the yellow jackets and remove the nest which had hundreds of queens in it. He was very professional and explained all the steps he had taken to solve our problem. We were told that if we saw any more yellow jackets Ken would come back to take care of them. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

As the weather got colder we saw some evidence of mice so we call Professional Exterminating to proactivly address the issue before it became a problem. They came on time which I appreciate. They did a thorough inspection and explained their findings and what they did to address the issue. The service tech was professional and personable. I am happy I called them for service.

We had used Bryan on our last home so when we bought a new home it was a no brainer. They are usually off the week after Xmas and he made a special trip out to do service before we moved all our stuff in. He assessed all the areas of our home and explained everything the homeowner had done and the extra measures he would suggest.
