I called the office, they explained the pricing and gave me an appointment for the next day. The technician, Jose Rivera, was pleasant, knowledgeable, explained everything, and took care of the problem for the expected price range. ProfExt lives up to its well-deserved 5-Star rating.

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.

I called on a typical busy Saturday morning but to my surprise they called me back within no time. Understanding my concern they immediately scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Ken who was the technician contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving (which I thought was a nice curiosity call) upon his arrival he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it while always showing respect and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Ken, he’s a great guy.
