It was a great experience. They squeezed my appointment literally the day after my call. Technician Joel was very efficient and professional. He completed the work quickly, gave information about the problem, set up the traps. He was also very personable. I am so glad I called this service and Joel was the competent and professional technician they sent. I will use their company for maintenance of the insect control as well.

We had carpenter bees drilling holes in the house. They came out, did a great job, and drastically reduced the amount of long term damage we would have had.

They both were knowledgeable about rodent, insect, and animal behavior as well as the area and environmental factors that contribute to problems. He identified problems I didn’t know existed and made recommendations. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with this company. The gentleman Bryan was awesome!!! He asked what did I observe or hear. He also allowed me to show him areas that I was concerned about. He also suggested things that I also can do to try and keep Mickey and Minnie out! I appreciate it so much. The best part is he really listen to me to make sure I'm comfortable in my space.
