Billy was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my home both at the inital visit and the follow up. He took his time to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. I called ProfExt because I had flying squirrels in my attic. I called a few companies and had chosen this one because they responded quickly, had fair pricing, and sounded confident the squirrel problem would be resolved. Bryan came, set traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t complain (about my dog-hahahaha) about having to shimmy into two different attic crawl spaces to get his work done. Came back several times to manage the traps. Assessed roof areas from the attic that may be entrance points for the squirrels. So thankful for Bryan taking care of it all.
