We shared our issue with yellow jackets in our basement, and Ken was at our house within a few hours. He quickly located the nest and proceeded to kill the yellow jackets and remove the nest which had hundreds of queens in it. He was very professional and explained all the steps he had taken to solve our problem. We were told that if we saw any more yellow jackets Ken would come back to take care of them. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company!

Great first experience with the company! Their tech came and put out a ton of traps and baits - he was so nice to my kids, professional but also personable and clearly knew his stuff. So the plan is for them to come back in two weeks and do some closing up of holes around the house to keep everything out, so I’ll update my review then as well but so far it was great!

Had an unwanted visitor in the walls. Guy came out here, did a good job of setting indoor traps for us. Caught one the first day. Hopefully it was the last. Would highly recommend!

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.
