Tracy went above and beyond for us today to help coordinate an inspection of our new home. She was professional, kind and understanding. In addition to Tracy, while I did not speak to him, Dan was understanding and accommodating to our situation. Highly recommend Professional Exterminators. We have used them for numerous things over the past year after a referral from a friend and so glad we found them. We used them to inspect for termites before we bought our home, to treat bugs, remove wasp nests etc. They are extremely responsive, show up quickly and take care of the issue. Joel was very personable, honest and helpful. He was thorough in investigating where the mice were coming into our home and offered future advice. We are hopeful within the next two weeks, our mice problem will be taken care of.

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.
