Our technician that came for services called to say he might be late. He ended up showing at our scheduled time anyways. He told me about what he would do to help with eliminating our problem. I asked if the problem wasn’t resolved should I call back. He said their work was guaranteed and if they weren’t gone by next week to call again and he come back. Friendly technician and quick work. Initially I was told I would have to wait 6-7 days the person I spoke to put me on hold for a minute and then told me she could get me in within 2 days. That made me book the appointment.

GREAT SERVICE! Lee is fabulous. He came the first time and set up equipment needed, cleaned the decks of spider webs, etc., and sprayed all around. Two weeks later he returned to check the equipment and make sure everything was working as it should be. Such a change from the previous service we used. The office staff in efficient, professional and friendly. I can't say enough about Lee and his boss Dan (both men are great). It's a pleasure dealing with them. Thank You.

I called on a typical busy Saturday morning but to my surprise they called me back within no time. Understanding my concern they immediately scheduled an appointment the same afternoon. Ken who was the technician contacted me 20 minutes prior to arriving (which I thought was a nice curiosity call) upon his arrival he immediately assessed the problem and took care of it while always showing respect and professional mannerism. I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Ken, he’s a great guy.

They took care of my wasp and hornet issue professionally and in a timely manner. Katie was able to schedule a technician to come take care of the nests within two days of first calling. Kenny was the technician and was professional, informative and on time. Most importantly, he did an excellent job eliminating a decent sized white faced hornets nest along with 1/2 dozen wasp nests under my roofline. I will recommend this company and use them in the future as needed.

Ken came out and treated our house for carpenter bees and did a walkthrough of our basement to check for any signs of mice. Will definitely call them again with any pest issues.
