Service was great

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.

Ground beetle issue- tech was very professional and Informative. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with.

Joel did an excellent job and was a great source of information about our yellow jacket problem..

We had borer bees nesting in our pergola, portico, and outside shower. Bryan Dodge came and took care of the problem. He was professional, explained everything, and there were no bees after he finished.

The gentleman who came to the house was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He set us up with traps and explained what to do.
