Brian was awesome! He sealed our exterior to prevent mice from entering the home and did a thorough sweep of the interior. He also removed a family of raccoons from under our deck. He was on top of the job, checking in with us daily and weekly. Highly recommend. I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.
