I called on Monday and they came on Tuesday! Other companies insisted on a long term plan paying every month for a year, of course saying that was easier for the customer, but if you do the math it was far more expensive. Brian was polite and efficient and they are going to call me in 3 weeks to check on things and apply another treatment for a reasonable fee!

Highly recommend these guys for pest control. Insanely good customer service. I had Brian - he walked me through my house and yard giving me tips on what to do and how to do it, even giving me some of his better traps so I could set up some myself. He saw I have a pet tortoise and we talked about turtles for a bit! He saw I had a few carpenter ants in my yard and took care of those for me even though he was there for mice. Went above and beyond what he needed to do and I really appreciated it.

Most recently they have kicked it up a notch with a stellar invoicing system that gives the client an opportunity to review all aspects of the application they received, a bio on the staff, detailed billing details!
