I have worked with Bryan at ProfExt several times now. We have an older house with crawl space and an old shed where raccoon’s possums, and other wildlife like to camp out during the winter and early spring. Bryan has been terrific to work with. He’s prompt, effective and easy to work with. He’s been a big help with all questions and issues pertaining to our pest problems. We’ll be certain to call him again if our furry friends (or other pests) return.

This review may post twice, which is fine. I must have hit a wrong button the first time. Anyway, we found a yellow jacket problem by our chimney. I called Friday, got a return call the same day and was scheduled for Monday. Brian called on Monday, came out and took care of the problem. He left a detailed message of what he did and seemed very thorough in preventing the bees from returning. I am very happy with the service. I would recommend Professional Exterminating.

Bryan did a thorough inspection of the church and also removed two dead bats!

Brian came within the hour window as promised, was very helpful, took care of multiple wasp and yellow jacket nests on our roof and deck for a very reasonable cost, which was within the quoted amount from the original phone call with the company.
