Been using Professional Exterminating for 13 yrs now. Great place! Good quality, very professional, communication is great with office staff and there technician Brian.

Brian came to our house did our yard treatment, checked all our boxes around our house.

When finished, Brian called at the end to let us know what was found and also asked if everything is good in the house and if we needed anything with our interior.

The inside of our house continues to be great!!

We purchased our new house months ago and with the warm weather came a swarm of carpenter bees. We had Bryan out again who looked over the whole property and took care of everything!! As always he was amazing and we can rest assured the bees won’t return.

Bryan is exceptional. Called their office on a Friday afternoon after he finished his day and he said he would be right out. He addressed our bee issue and offered to follow up if some decided to come back.

I have had an excellent experience with ProfEst. This is my second summer using their services to spray primarily for ants. We have a historic (old!) house in Guilford, CT, meaning the foundation of the house is not super-tight. Every spring, tiny ants appear in my kitchen.
