The tech, Joel, was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Joel was great. Nikole in the office was friendly, knew her stuff, and answered all our questions.

Braved some steep roof inclines to deal with carpenter bees and paper wasps. Nice guy - was thorough and promised to come back if the bees rallied and returned. I will use ProfExt for now on.

Without me saying anything, he found some carpenter ants in my front yard and eliminated them. By an odd coincidence (I live in the woods) I found a dead fox in my backyard the day he came over and he also took care of that no problem. Highly recommend!!

I have used Professional Exterminating for preventative treatments and have always been pleased with both the office staff and service tech. But they went the extra mile recently and really helped me out when my kitty somehow found a way to open up the door to the crawl space in her room (I have a kitty room) and subsequently hid underneath the floor of the bedroom and wouldn’t come out. I called Professional Exterminating hoping that if they could trap a wild animal maybe they could do the same for a domesticated kitty.
